Here's what's on the menu for Summer 2008
James Hooper and the team have been hard at work
creating these dishes, we hope you like them. To make
things even more attractive certain dishes are available
on our hugely popular 797 'till 7menu giving you
2 courses for £7.97 until 7pm' Monday to Friday ...
In the evening we have a 1495 SET menu where
you can eat 2 courses for £14.95 from selected dishes
Monday to Friday.

Evening Menu - Main Courses
Wild boar fillet steak - £16.95
with a port and juniper sauce and fondant potatoes
Pan roasted free range, chicken breast - £12.50
with a cherry tomato, chive and mozzarella stuffing. Served with chilli potatoes, spinach and wilted greens . Available as part of the 1495 Set Menu.
Lackham Farm char-grilled rib-eye steak - £14.95
with fries and mixed salad leaves and a roasted red pepper and basil butter
Pan fried fillet of organic salmon - £13.50
on braised puy lentils and sautéed green beans. Available as part of the 1495 Set menu
Papardelle pasta in a basil and tomato sauce, - £10.50
with spinach, ricotta and pine nuts. Available as part of 14.95 SET menu
Sweet peppers, spinach and mozzarella Wellington - £11.50
with a rocket pesto.

on an apple, mint and pepper salsa with chive new potatoes
