Bar Information
The Mill has three bars, two of which are used for functions. The main bar area provides a comfortable place to meet friends for a meal, or just for a drink. The appealing oak tables were all designed and built by us giving a light contemporary feel, the sumptuous hide covered bench seats lend a seriously luxurious touch. A great range of drinks including; three real ales, a superb unfiltered German lager and a strong list of wines, all available by the glass, ensures you won't go thirsty. Newspapers and carefully thought out music selections complete the package.
The Cellar Bar
The Cellar bar has the fantastic benefit of a rotating Mill wheel for its backdrop and the gentle sound of the water that powers it. There can be few more appealing places for a small party or conference. The cellar bar has a comfortable leather sofa and easy chairs, plus a plasma screen for either television or laptop connection enabling you to create your own, very personal, event.
Events
Currently we are running a great series of live music nights every Friday, these have become very popular and give the place a terrific atmosphere, please check out other areas of the website for details of the gigs coming up soon. You may have gathered that the Mill is not a standard, quaint country pub. We set out to create something different, the satisfying thing is that people seem to like it.
